Eligibility for Returns:

• Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
• Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
• Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items: Custom or personalized items.

Refunds:

• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
• If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
• Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Shipping Methods: Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the chosen shipping method during checkout.

Domestic Shipping (United States) Only: Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 3-7 business days after processing.

Incomplete or Incorrect Address: Please ensure the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.  If an order is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.

Lost or Stolen Packages: Adelphi Treasures is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address provided during checkout.
